Is chess hard to play? Does chess increase IQ?

Chess is a mind strategy game between two players. Is not a difficult game but is not a game for everybody. Rules for plaing chess. Chess is a 64 alternative black-white squares, on a board game, with 32 pieces , 16 white pieces for one player and 16 black pieces for the other one. Chess is played acording to precise rules and the goal is to attack and capture the most important piece, the king . The way, one of the players, force the king to his combatant to move in no other place without being attacked, it's called shakemate. Shakemate closes the game. Does chess make you smarter? It seem so! Studies made on groups of students showed a raise of their  IQ after 4 months of playing chess.

In octomber 2020 a new desing was rolled out by Facebook , the dark mode a new look for that social network. To acces Facebook dark mode for desktop, cick the menu button at the top right select Display option and then use the switch to toggle darkmode on.  Many people find that new desing make the text(white on dark background) esier to read, and also save phone's battery.

Why cocktails are called cocktails, and what are they?

   There are hundred and hundred of different cocktails, some of which experience fleeting popularity before disappering into obscurity while othees remain popular for decades.    Cocktails, wether served at a dedicated cocktail party or as a precursor to an elegant meal, lend an air of sophistication and glamour. But what exactly is a cocktail?  Traditionally, they are mixed drinks, consisting of one or more spirits, together whit flavourings such as fruit, fruit juice, liqueur, syrup, herbs or spices. IQ test importance

The results of the IQ tests were used to justify certain scientifically unfounded policies and ideologies. This does not mean that the test is useless, it manages to measure the way of reasoning in solving the proposed problems, but it does not measure a person's potential. Now the idea of classifing people according to a single numerical result is largely rejected. In 1905 psychologist Alfred Binet and Theodore Simon created a test in France for children with learning difficulties, the method lays the fuondations of the IQ test.
